Allergen Free Dining
Lydon State Dining understands that to maximize students' dining experience, there must be a variety of options for all students, regardless of any dietary restrictions they may have.
Below you will find some of the available options to students for a variety of dietary accommodations. In addition to using My Zone, students are also encouraged to meet with Adam Vigue, General Manager, to ensure their dining needs are being met.
My ZoneMy Zone is a gluten, peanut and tree nut free "pantry" where food items needed by customers with Celiac Disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contamination. This special area gives students the ability to be involved in their own allergen safe meal preparation. Examples of products available in My Zone include gluten-free bread, wraps, and desserts, gluten, peanut and tree-nut free pre-made entrees, lactose free milk, other milk alternatives, individual packets of butter, cream cheese and jelly.
